HMS Technologies is a Certified Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The company, headquartered in Martinsburg, West Virginia, was founded in 2003, and now has satellite offices in Rockville, MD, Tyrone, PA, and Vancouver, WA.
Despite the recent economic recession, HMS Technologies has endured and expanded its' business. The number of HMS employees has also increased significantly in the last few years - from less than 50 to more than 250 full and part time employees - 45% of whom are Veterans.
HMS was the first recipient of the Department of Defense (DoD) 'SDVOSB of the Year' award. In 2009 HMS was ranked 7th in the INC 100 Fastest Growing Companies in the Federal Space and 45th in the INC 100 Fastest Growing Companies in America. The company was also named Number One on Washington Technologies Fast Fifty.
