Checklist for sending or bringing us your computer for repair:
- BACKUP ALL DATA TO AN EXTERNAL BACKUP DEVICE. YOUR DATA AND PROGRAMS MAY BE LOST OR UNUSABLE DUE TO THE REPAIR PROCESS. IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO REINSTALL PROGRAM APPLICATIONS AND DATA. PREMIER COMPUTER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROGRAMS OR DATA.
- Record your model and serial number in a safe place.
- Include a list of items shipped.
- Include contact information; name, phone number, email address, and return mailing address.
- Include a detailed description of the problem your computer is having.
- Use bubble wrap or other suitable packing material, use sufficient packing material around the computer to prevent shifting, and provide adequate protection.
- All charges must be paid in full before the computer is returned.
- A diagnostic and shipping fee will apply to all repairs not completed.
